Importing DID Blocks into Variphy is straight forward using a simple.csv file. In the DN & DID Management module, the Configure screen for DID Blocks contains an import utility with ability to auto-discover exclusions and utilize CUCM DN mapping exceptions. The field descriptions have been grouped into three tables that mirror the grouping in the Variphy reports. They are Contact Call Details , Agent Connection Details and Contact Queue Details . These fields are accessed by navigating to the Call Details section when creating or editing a UCCX report. Navigate to the User Management menu and select End User. Once in the End User management list click Add New. Give your new user a User ID. This will be the User ID that propagates to CCX as an end user and is also the user ID we will enter into Variphy.

This expanded feature allows you to Search, tag, & report on DID numbers based upon real-time CUCM status. It also gives you the ability to associate multiple DID Blocks with multiple CUCM Clusters.
Navigate to the Gear at the top right and select UCCX. Edit the UCCX configuration and scroll to the bottom and add the User and Password for the CUCM\UCCX user you created. This is the same UserID and Password you created in the Call Manager End User configurations page.
